At CITADEL OF DIGITAL SKILLS ACADEMY LIMITED., we are committed to providing high-quality digital skill training and a positive learning experience. We understand that circumstances may change, and we’ve outlined our refund policy below to ensure transparency and fairness.

1. Refund Eligibility

There are three ways students can enroll for the training: they can pay once (full payment) or twice or three times (part payment). Refund eligibility depends on the payment method and timing of the request.

2. Full Payment Option

• If We Fail to Enroll Within 72 Hours: Students who paid in full are eligible for a full refund if we fail to enroll them in the training within 72 hours of the training start date.

• Before Class Start Date (Student-Initiated Request): Refund requests made before training starts for any reason will be subject to a ₦8,000 administrative fee deduction.

• After Class Start Date: No refunds will be issued once the training starts, except if the fault is from us — for instance, if we fail to enroll the student within 72 hours of the training start date or if we reschedule the training date.

3. Part Payment Option If a student who made a part payment wishes to discontinue, they can request a refund, and ₦5,000 will be deducted as an administrative fee.

4. Course Cancellation by CITADEL OF DIGITAL SKILLS ACADEMY

• If a training is canceled or rescheduled by the school, students are entitled to a full refund or may choose to transfer their enrollment to a future class.

5. Refund Request Process

• To request a refund, students must submit a written request via email to citadelofdigitalskillsacademy@gmail.com

• The request must include full name, payment details, reason for requesting a refund, and supporting evidence if applicable.

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval, and funds will be returned through the original payment method into the same sender account number.

6. Policy Acknowledgment

By enrolling in a course at CITADEL OF DIGITAL SKILLS ACADEMY, students agree to this refund policy.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests if they do not meet our refund criteria.
